Description: SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to State Finance Law ยง163.6, for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law.(MWBE's) ESF a is seeking quotes from an audio-visual firm for the installation and construction administration of a complete IT package update within Bray & Walters Hall. The scope of work will include the installation of the items listed in the additional files attached. Bray and Walters both have 2 classrooms. The two in Bray are both located on the second floor(300,321). The two in Walters are both located on the second floor(210&211). These are both currently in need of an upgrade in IT equipment and are actively undergoing cosmetic renovations.
