Summary

VTA seeks proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide the following federal administrative policy and counsel services (“Services”). The successful Proposer will be responsible to perform analysis and provide counsel on U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), including Federal Transit Administration, policy changes, guidance and rulemakings as they relate to VTA’s projects and programs.
