Motor, Pump Repair and Installation Continuing Services

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.

As part of maintaining the infrastructure, the District is seeking the assistance of an experienced contractor to perform motor and pump removal, installation, repair, and rebuilding services on an as-needed basis for a three-year continuing contract term.

Typical items of work may include, but are not limited to providing all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, and all other things necessary to diagnose, repair and rebuild motors and pumps, including removal, installation, and any re-installation of repaired pumps as needed.

In addition, this contract shall serve to provide the District with emergency response for minor repairs.
