Adirondack Planning Forum 2025
Description:
The New York State Adirondack Park Agency (Agency) is seeking facilities to
conduct the Adirondack Planning Forum during a two-day period on Wednesday,
May 7, 2025 through Thursday, May 8, 2025. The Conference will begin with a
Welcome Reception at 4:00 PM on “Day One” and will begin at 7:00 AM on “Day
Two.” The bidder will submit one bid for the two consecutive dates of May 7,
2025, and May 8, 2025. Needed facilities include meeting rooms suitable for
conducting seminars, lodging, catering facilities, and the ability to provide for
additional needs, services, and equipment as outlined in the IFB.
The facilities must be located within a 20-mile radius of the Agency's Headquarters in Ray Brook, NY.
