HVAC Services for all MCES Sites

The Metropolitan Council (Council) is soliciting proposals for the following services: HVAC, piping,
mechanical, and sheet metal services at all Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES)
locations, on an as-needed basis.
The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:
RFP Issue Date September 24, 2026
Pre-Proposal Meeting October 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT
Questions Due October 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM CDT
Proposal Due Date October 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM CDT
Award Date December 2026
