HVAC Units Evaluation and Replacement for 45 W. Main Street and Cranberry Water Treatment Plant

Sealed bids consisting of all required Bid forms should be submitted to the Finance Department, 45 West Main Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024. Sealed bids must be clearly marked “HVAC Units Evaluation and Replacement for 45 W. Main Street and Cranberry Water Treatment Plant” on the outside of the envelope.
All Bids are to be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid. A sample bid bond format is provided as part of this Request for Bids.
All blanks on each form submitted in connection with the Request for Bids must be filled in, and no change shall be made to the items described in the form. All Bids must be signed in ink by the Bidder, with signature in full. Bids must be good for ninety (90) days.
A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 12,2024 at 45 West Main Street, Westminster, MD 21157. Bidder attendance is mandatory.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024. The bid opening will be held at 45 West Main Street, Westminster, MD 21157.
