The City of Norwich intends to engage an architect for full design services, and construction administration for the design and construction of the new Teachers’ Middle School and the renovation and conversion of the Samuel Huntington Elementary School into a Central Office for the Norwich Public Schools. The successful firm must demonstrate extensive experience in all facets of architectural and MEP design for K-12 educational facilities. Successful experience with the State of Connecticut School Construction Grant Process is required.
