Honeygal-Pennick Pipe Replacement
IFB25-006

INVITATION FOR BID

This is an invitation to submit a bid to Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the Honeygal-Pennick Pipe Replacement Project. The successful Bidder shall provide all skill, labor, material, and equipment for the replacement of the existing storm drainage system along the outfall at Pennick Rd as shown in the construction plans attached herein. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials/products and performing all project coordination necessary to replace the existing stormwater drainage system. The stormwater drainage improvement construction includes, but is not limited to, traffic control, clearing and grubbing, borrow, grading, dewatering and erosion control removal of the existing storm system and installation of new drainage piping, structures, and junctions boxes. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Special Provisions and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications and Special Provisions.
Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until 1:30 pm on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. At 2:00 bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the second floor of the Harold Pate Building which is located at 1725 Reynold Street Brunswick, GA. Additionally, the bid opening will be streamed live on the County's YouTube Channel.
