REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
REDEVELOPMENT OF CITY-OWNED RESIDENTIAL LOT
The City of Woodward is soliciting sealed requests for proposals (RFP) for the
redevelopment of City-Owned real property located at 1506 4th Street, Woodward, OK 73801
GARVEY & MARUM 2ND BLOCK 9 LOT 2.
Qualified parties are invited to submit an RFP, to be received no later than 2:00 p.m.,
Monday, July 13, 2026. At the City Clerk’s office, 722 Main Street, Woodward, Oklahoma 73801.
Requests for Proposals received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding weekends and
holidays, before the time set for opening of RFP, as well as proposals received after the RFP
opening time shall not be accepted. The fact that an RFP was dispatched will not be considered.
Any RFP after that time will be returned unopened. The RFP solicitation has been prepared for the
redevelopment of City-Owned real property and outlines the required proposal contents and
evaluation criteria that will be used to assess qualifications.
Copies of the RFP may be requested by contacting the City Clerk’s office, Monday through
Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the address listed above;
by email amurlin@cityofwoodward-ok.gov ; or by phone (580)256-2280.
The City of Woodward, as Owner, retains the right to wave informalities, terminate the
selection process, reject all requests for proposal or accept or reject any portion thereof.
