The awarded contractor will support the program objectives of:
1) Conducting a New EMS Chiefs training program.
2) Conducting a rural Ohio EMS recruitment and retention plan.
3) Increasing EMS workforce through recruitment and retention activities.

Offerors must review the attached DOH56523 RDQ. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and a completed cost template as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ DOH56523- RDQ #SRC0000027199- Technical Proposal ” and " DOH56523- RDQ #SRC0000027199- Cost Template ” as appropriate.
