The purpose of this bid is to perform ‘1895 Courthouse exterior building painting services.’ Bidders shall price ALL items. Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest bid meeting specifications . Tarrant County reserves the right to designate the work in the best interest of Tarrant County.
