The City of Westland is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for professional services related to the supply and installation of trees and boulders. Sealed or Electronic proposals will be received by the Department of Housing & Community Development, located at 32150 Dorsey Road, Westland, MI 48186 on April 9, 2025 at 10:00am (no exceptions will be made for late filings) at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
