The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish term contracts with multiple private providers, for the provision of Regional Mobile Crisis Response services, the provision of Regional Community-based Stabilization services, or the provision of both services to individuals within the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services Region 1 service area (âRegion 1â) as a contracted vendor of the Region Ten Community Services Board, (herein referred to as âRTCSBâ) a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
