The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) is seeking to amend the Actuarial Analysis and Consulting Services contract with Milliman, Inc. to assist HFS in the development of actuarially sound rates and consulting services related to the implementation of the approved Section 1115 demonstration waiver services, the Williams and Colbert Consent Decree program re-design, compliance with the new CMS Access rule and analysis and rate modeling for the Transforming Maternal Health Model (TMaH) grant initiative. This amendment is necessary due to the additional work incurred relating to these programs which has resulted in additional billable hours during the contract term that were unforeseen during the RFP process.
