Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY FOR AN UPCOMING NEED.



The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine Services (PPQ) in Idaho intends to secure services including all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary for applying Telone II (1,3-dichloropropene 97.5 %, inert ingredients 2.5 %) over specific areas in Bingham County Idaho, United States. The type and amount of equipment and personnel needed to accomplish the contract work is the responsibility of the Contractor. The work shall be done in strict compliance with the specifications provided by the Contracting Officer Representative and the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation and Statement of work. The government will purhcase Telone II separately and provide to the applicator.



The solicitation will be posted at a later time.
