The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: RFP #1287 Betty Knox Apartments Roof Replacement. Bid Opening date is June 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford, 180 John D. Wardlaw Way, Hartford, CT 06106. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through for all bidders will be on June 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the project site(s), 141 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT 06105. Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications dated May 26, 2026, as prepared by Capital Studio Architects, L.L.C. can be viewed and purchased for a non-refundable fee at Advanced Reprographics’ website. Visit www.advancedplanroom.com and select the project entitled BETTY KNOX APARTMENTS ROOF REPLACEMENT for the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF HARTFORD, beginning on May 26, 2026.
