OSU RESEARCH FORESTS ROCK CRUSHING 2025 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain ONE (1) Firm to provide construction services for the OSU Research Forests Rock Crushing 2025 (the “Project”).

OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS ELECTRONICALLY - Bids are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT- A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site-Visit will be held on April 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM with attendees meeting at the OSU 400 Road Gate off of Tampico Road and then proceed to the 470 Pit for the Pre-Bid conference and site-visit with specific directions provided below:

 Directions from Monmouth:
Head South on OR 99W (Pacific Highway West) for 10.3 miles, turn right onto Coffin Butte Rd and continue for 0.8 miles, keep left to continue onto NW Soap Creek Rd and continue for 0.8 miles, turn right onto Tampico Rd and continue 1.3 miles to junction OSU 400 Rd on left.

 Directions from Corvallis:
Head North on OR 99W (Pacific Highway West) for 8.4 miles, turn left onto Tampico Rd and continue for 2.5 miles to junction OSU 400 Rd on left.

 Directions from Albany:
Head West on US-20W (United States Highway No. 20 West) for 4.1 miles, turn right onto Northwest Independence Highway and continue for 2.5 miles, turn left onto Northwest Ryals Avenue and continue for 1.4 miles, continue straight onto NE Arnold Ave for 0.2 miles, turn right to stay on NE Arnold Ave and continue for 0.6 miles, turn right onto OR 99W (Pacific Highway West) and continue for 0.4 miles, turn left onto Tampico Rd and continue for 2.5 miles to junction OSU 400 Rd on left.
