NOTICE REQUESTING PROPOSALS FOR
HANDHELD PARKING CITATION DEVICES, PARKING CITATION PROCESSING
AND ADJUDICATION SERVICES
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moorpark is announcing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Handheld Parking Citation Devices, Parking Citation Processing and Adjudication Services. Proposals must be received April 18, 2025, at 3:00 pm. Proposals received after the submittal deadline will not be accepted.

and provide your name, your company’s name, address, and telephone number. Please be sure to include the bid title in the subject line of your email. Ms. Woomer will acknowledge receipt of your registration, but you may also confirm receipt after 24 hours of your registration by calling Ms. Woomer at (805) 517-6233.
The City will use this information to notify you of any addenda to these documents. Without this information, the City has no way of identifying who may have outdated or incomplete copies. It is the prospective proposer’s responsibility to ensure the most complete and current version of the documents are obtained, including any addenda.
