Project Description: The Northwest Commission, a public non-profit, seeks proposals from qualified firms to create a Northwest Pennsylvania Housing Development and Planning Toolkit. Proposal documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid by the date and time indicated. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted electronically via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. Responses to questions which require changes to the documents will be posted on PennBid. Bidders who have registered with and downloaded documents for this project from PennBid will be notified when a change has been posted. Proposals due by 4:00 pm on April 11, 2025. EOE.
