City of Port Hueneme Pavement Rehabilitation Project (Fiberized Slurry Seal) ST2604

The City of Port Hueneme (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the CITY OF PORT HUENEME PAVEMENT REHABILITATION (Project No. ST2604) at the City Clerk’s office no later than Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. The bid opening will be held at City Council chambers at 250 N. Ventura Road, Port Hueneme, CA 93041.  Bidders may attend the opening.

All associated documents, including bonding information, shall be hand-delivered to the City Clerk or received by Mail by the deadline.  Bids submitted electronically or after the deadline will not be considered.  Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms. Bids shall be sealed, clearly labeled with the project name and number, and the proposer’s company information. Bids shall be hand-delivered or mailed to the following address in this format:

SCOPE OF WORK.  The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. Work includes but is not limited to repaving and striping a portion of Pleasant Valley Road between the West City Limits and Ventura Rd, Hueneme Beach Parking Lots A, B and E. The approximate project area is 273,000 square feet.

The Contract Documents may be downloaded at no charge at the City’s website https://www.ci.port-hueneme.ca.us/Bids.aspx or https://www.beaconbid.com/solicitations/port-hueneme-public-works/open and will be used to notify prospective bidders of addenda and answer questions about the Contract Documents, and will be the sole means of providing such notification.
