Synopsis:

|
SPSA is seeking Respondents that can provide initial training and subsequent annual recurrent training to pilots (both technical knowledge and flight / simulator training) on the Dash 8-Q400AT aircraft and Pilot Proficiency Check (PPC). Optional to provide startup support with company documents (Company Operations Manual, Training Manual, Standard Operating Procedures,), and ground operational training for maintenance staff
