CONSTRUCTION OF A SUBGRADE AND SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 13 and Highway No. 39 from 0.52 km NW of the Intersection of Highway No. 39 and Queen Street to 0.93 km NW of the Intersection of Highway No. 39 and Range Road 2152; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 7.74 km; and for the CONSTRUCTION OF ONE ROUNDABOUT AND CONSTRUCTION OF INTERSECTION TREATMENTS on Highway No. 13 and Highway No. 39; for a TOTAL OF THREE INTERSECTION TREATMENTS.
