Background: The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction operates and maintains a Correction Enterprises Sewing Plant. The T-Shirts are for use in fulfilling order requirements and for the inmates.The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract. No minimum or maximum orders are guaranteed. |
