Project Description: The City of Sandy Springs is requesting the contractor to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to power wash approximately 90,058 linear feet of concrete sidewalks and related surfaces, ensuring the removal of stains and debris, while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days, with all work self-performed, and the contractor must comply with city permits, traffic control standards, and submit a bi-weekly schedule of activities.
