Project Title: SURGICAL TABLE, Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) on behalf of San Francisco VA Health Care System.
Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs San Francisco Medical Center has a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement to purchase a Steris 5095 Surgical Table part # ST015211002 and accessory equipment. Contractors must demonstrate their ability to meet all the requirements listed in this notice.

A request for quote (RFQ) will be issued. A set aside has not been determined as of the date of this posting. However, the sources sought notices will dictate what type of set aside requirement this supply procurement will be, if any.

Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Potential Offerors also need to verified in the Small Business Administration (SBA) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ ) as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
