Synopsis:
|
|
The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) is seeking an experienced and reputable architectural consulting firm to lead a design team and work collaborative with SBP, the Ministry of Highways (MoH) and stakeholders to deliver a project on time and on budget.
The MoH Equipment Repair Depot (ERD) located on 1610 Park Street, Regina, SK requires fit-ups on its 2nd floor to achieve occupancy for MoH staff. Fit-ups to the space include but are not limited to 4 offices, 30 workstations, 2 windows, 1 storage room and 1 kitchenette.
The consulting work would be separated into two (2) phases. The successful proponent is required to lead a team and provide architectural and engineering services to complete design in Phase 1 which is desired to be complete no later than March 15, 2025. Once Phase 2 is confirmed to proceed, the successful proponent would support construction bidding and provide construction contract administration. The substantial completion of Phase 2, along with occupancy, is desired to be achieved before the end of June 2025.
