Project Description Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work:

The scope of work for this project includes the removal and moving of the existing blast chiller and oven, as well as the installation of University-furnished replacement equipment, specifically a blast chiller and a combi oven (electric). The Contractor is responsible for the removal, moving, and installation of the equipment, including all necessary points of connection and anchoring.

All work shall be performed during night hours. Activities will take place in the kitchen area, and all personnel must wear appropriate protective clothing, including hairnets, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
