Description: GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES The purpose of this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and insurance needed to perform Mechanical and HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair at Durham Public School Facilities. The proposer is responsible for developing the service prices necessary to conform to the contract specifications that are applicable to the service locations being proposed on. The proposal is to be presented with the total service cost for all sites based on the “Season Start Up/ Off-Season and Operating Season/ In Season”. The proposer shall carefully examine the location sites equipment list to determine appropriate pricing. II. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS The Proposer shall include in its proposal, at a minimum, the information outlined below in a manner which demonstrates the Proposer's competence and qualifications for the satisfactory performance of the services identified in this RFP. The Proposer shall attach four separate exhibits, as described below, to the cover letter proposal: (I) Statement of Qualifications, (II) Timeline and Plan to take over from current service provider (30 days or less), and (III) Project Pricing.
