Scope of Services
The primary intent of this project is to enhance the bicycle and pedestrian safety and connectivity by constructing an 8- to 12-foot-wide multi-use trail, connecting Oakland Road / Lake Orienta Elementary School at Northlake Boulevard. The construction improvements are along the Spring Lake Road for an approximate total length of 0.931 miles. Project scope includes construction of the trail, stabilized sod at the existing property connections, addition of fencing along the northside of the trail to provide security and separation between trail users and property owners, and signing

and pavement marking upgrades.
