The Health and HumanServices Commission (HHSC), which is a part of the executive branch of thestate of Texas government, is soliciting responses from qualified partiesinterested in providing specialized residential health services in aresidential setting in accordance with the requirements stated in this Requestfor Qualifications (RFQ). The Services required by this Solicitation are basedon a 1991 settlement agreement.
