includes: the removal of the motor, well column piping, and pump assembly; installing the

sand separator; and reinstalling the pump and motor unit, including all piping and

appurtenances. Work is located at the Well No. 7 site, a lot to the northeast of the

intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Shiras Avenue, in Dubuque, Iowa.
