The City of Davenport is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors for removal and replacement of flooring at the Freight House, Suite 6. Measurements included are approximate, contractors are responsible for exact measurements.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, at 9:30AM at Freight House, Suite 6, located at 401 W. River Drive. This will be a time for contractors to take measurements, review the scope of work, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
