| Description: | The Project consists of the rehabilitation of seven sanitary sewer collection system pump stations. Rehabilitation activities include, but are not limited to, replacement of pump(s) and associated appurtenances (guide rails, discharge piping, valves, etc.), epoxy coating/lining of existing wet wells, electrical and control upgrades, installation of air release valves, site improvements including replacement and/or expansion of perimeter fencing, driveway/access improvements, and relocation/addition to electrical panel racks and shelters. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held for this project on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, beginning at 9:00 AM at Olde Sycamore 1 at 10809 Sycamore Club Drive, Mint Hill, NC 28227. EJCDC C-200 Instructions to Bidders Article 4.03 A.1 outlines the progression of the site visits, with the address and start time for each pump station site visit. Attendance is strongly encouraged. |
