Sources Sought: For: Statement of Conditions and Life Safety Assessment Services Contract to support the Iowa City VA Health Care System, Iowa City, IA. The VA anticipates a Firm Fixed-Price contract, Base plus Four Option Years, to be awarded by mid-November 2025. NAICS: 541350 PSC: H343 Interested parties are encouraged to ask questions, point out deficiencies or state needed clarifications regarding the attached Statement of Work. Submit questions as soon as possible. The Contract Officer may extend close date to process and answer questions. The Contract officer shall be out of the office until Thursday October 16th, but will initiate responding as soon as he returns. All questions can be submitted starting immediately. All statements of interest in a future solicitation are due by: 03:00 PM CT Monday October 20, 2025.
