ACRD Office Cleaning – 3008 Fifth Ave
The Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District (ACRD) intends to renew a existing agreement with Edith Duvall and Allen Tassie for Janitorial Services at the ACRD Office – 3008 Fifth Ave, Port Alberni, BC. The additional contract value is $44,400.00 (November 1, 2024 – October 31, 2025) with $60,624.00 completed over the contract thus far. The proposed maximum contract value with renewal is $105,024.00 - plus tax. The ACRD has chosen not to complete a public process but negotiate the proposed renewal for the following reasons:
