Solicitation Summary
The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a contractor(s) to furnish all labor,
supervision, materials, and any incidentals necessary to repair and/or replace HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer practices and procedures. Work shall, at all times, be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local codes and regulations and according to the best trade practices of the industry.

Additional Instructions
The scope of work under this contract encompasses testing, diagnostics, routine maintenance, repairs, and the replacement of all HVAC equipment and components. Should the work require consultation with the unit or control manufacturer, it is the responsibility of the awarded contractor to coordinate and secure those services. The contractor may be required to perform both major and minor repairs, as well as retrofit specific parts, equipment, or devices. This scope includes, but is not limited to, the following equipment:
Recovery of refrigerant will be the responsibility of the awarded contractor (s). Recovered refrigerant is the property of FCPS and shall be turned over to FCPS personnel for disposal, recycling, or reclamation.
