The Project and the Work is generally described as follows and includes but is not limited to the furnishing of all permits, fees, construction, A/E design services, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, Professional Engineering & Architecture Design services, drawings, and incidentals necessary to design, permit, construct, renovate, and expand the existing Cruise Terminal 6 East parking garage as a Design-Build project located at Port Canaveral.
