The Ministry of Attorney General is seeking a qualified Contractor to conduct an evaluation of the Resilience BC program and Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Grants program. This evaluation will help inform how both programs can be improved and refreshed in 2026.

Over the years, both Resilience BC and Multiculturalism Grants programs have provided relevant supports and services to partner organizations and communities. 1. Develop evaluation instruments and metrics, using impact and developmental frameworks of evaluation.
  2. Develop an engagement strategy with Resilience BC and Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Grants programs partner organizations and communities to gather feedback and recommendations.
  3. Record and collate responses and feedback for the branch, highlighting details of evaluation engagement and participation.
  4. Submit a final report to the branch with recommendations on how Resilience BC and Multiculturalism Grants programs can be more effective, accessible, and equitable.
