Description:
Contractor shall supply all necessary personnel, labor (prevailing wage), tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, incidentals and properly equipped vehicles to provide DSH with preventative maintenance for the refrigeration racks and repair services of various kitchen blast chillers, walk-in freezers, walk-in refrigerator, and refrigerator racks. Equipment will be located at the Main Kitchen or at any of the ten (10) Satellite Kitchens located around campus.
