Project Description: The project includes pavement maintenance and repairs for existing drives, parking, and the loading dock area. The project also includes the construction of a new entrance and drive from Cobb International Boulevard to the existing loading dock area. The project includes new drainage systems for the new drive as well as modifications to the existing detention/water quality pond.
