C5612475-D Construction Equipment Rental Services

This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Construction Equipment Rental Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel and mileage), materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations identified on Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.
