Provo City School District is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide interactive panels, installation, removal of existing equipment, warranty coverage, and related services. This RFP may result in multiple awards to responsive and responsible proposers that meet the scoring threshold identified in this solicitation.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is the number of vendors who exceed the minimum combined score threshold of 750 points.
The award of the contract does not guarantee the use or purchase of the awarded vendors' products or services.
The conducting procurement unit may use at their discretion any of the awarded vendors for individual projects after making a best value determination for the project. This assessment can include but is not limited to budget, cost, individual school preference, district preference, and compatibility.
The closing date and time for this sourcing event is Monday, July 20th, 2026 @ 2:00 PM Mountain Time. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your response by the date and time indicated above.
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a maximum of five (5) years.
The vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
