Solicitation Summary
The Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") in order to obtain a comprehensive, solutions- based Statewide contract covering consigned fuel delivery and site maintenance for all DGS/Clients' (see RFP Section 2.3.1.B) petroleum product receiving, storing, and dispatch facilities, including all pipelines, above and below ground storage tanks, dispensing pumps, and all associated instrumentation and equipment. The Contract’s maintenance activities shall cover all consigned and bulk tanks and associated equipment.
