This solicitation is to procure Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service – preventative maintenance contract(s) for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), at the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center (CBJTC) located in Starke, Florida. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded for a period of three years. The complete term of the contract is expected to begin on or about June 1, 2025, and end on or about May 31, 2028.
