CSULB - Request for Information - Retail & Residential Dining System

Forty-Niner Shops Inc. dba Beach Shops and will be referred to as Beach Shops for the remainder of this document, is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding comprehensive Retail & Residential Dining System solutions. Beach Shops is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation serving the CSULB campus community since 1953, comprising the University Bookstore, Campus Dining Services, Convenience Stores, and the ID Card Services Office. Our mission is to support the educational process of CSULB by providing goods and services, training student employees, and funding programs that promote student success.
Beach Shops systems are not fully integrated, leading to manual processes. Beach Shops aims to enhance workflow efficiency and gain easier, faster access to accurate reporting with a new system with integration possibilities. Additionally, any new system considered by Beach Shops will need to undergo ICT (PCR) Procedure Compliance Review. Eide Bailly is facilitating this solution selection process for Beach Shops. All communications related to this RFI will be managed jointly by Eide Bailly and Beach Shops to ensure consistency.
