19SP1025Q0003 - Solicitation of Gardening Services at U.S. Consulate General Barcelona

The U.S. Consulate Barcelona requires the services of a contractor to provide Gardening services.

In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all contractors must possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain. All offerors will be required to provide proof that they already possess said permits as part of their offer.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provisions 52.204-7. The guidelines for registration can be found at https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp

The proposal shall be submitted as pdf document emailed to CatalunaC@state.gov and copy to Barcelona_GSO@state.gov as soon as possible but not later than August 1, 2025, by 13:30 hours (local Spanish time). The email subject line must read "Proposal 19SP1025Q0003" and the email size shall not exceed 25MB. No proposal will be accepted after the specified time.

Site Visit:

The Government will conduct an organized site visit of the project in Barcelona, on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 9:30am local time. The companies that have received a solicitation package are encouraged to attend. Registration is essential should you wish to participate in the conference. Only one (1) representative per company is allowed to attend.

Registration for Site Visit: Companies are therefore required to submit the attendee names together with a scan of a photo ID e.g. passport, national identification card, or driving licenses and cell phone number of their company's representatives to GSO_Barcelona@state.gov and copy to Ms. Carmen Cataluna, email: CatalunaC@state.gov no later than Monday, July, 14 2025, at 13:00 hours Central European Time (CET).
