Janitorial Services for Tampa Service Center

In accordance with Chapter 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (Department), issues this Solicitation to select a Respondent(s) to provide custodial services for the Tampa Service Center Building (Suncoast Region) at 9393 N. Florida Ave, Tampa, Florida, to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and visitors. Interested vendors should review the attachment labeled DCF ITB 2526 078 - Solicitation Instructions, for details on how to respond to the solicitation, including a timeline of events that shall occur. Please note, the timeline includes a date and location for a Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference that must be attended in order submit a response. Any changes to the timeline will be posted via Addendum if applicable.
