Following the selection of a preferred alternative, the Town intends to complete a preliminary engineering report that meets the requirements for funding through the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund. In 2010, the Town of Dover hired Phelps Engineering, Inc. to complete a Water Feasibility Study for a proposed municipal water system in Dover A copy of the 2010 Feasibility Study is available at the following link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SeOt6Syad4sq_rX3zw6rs0rXC2HKcykX?usp=sharing A full copy of the request for proposals can be seen at https://www.doververmont.com/rfps and found attached below. Physical copies are posted and available at the Dover Town Office, 102 VT Route 100, West Dover, VT 05356 Completed proposals, questions and site visit requests for the project are submitted to Director of Economic Development, Eric Durocher at econdev@doververmont.com.
