Saturday Fixed Route Transit Services RFP

The City of Bettendorf, Iowa, is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced transportation providers capable of furnishing professional fixed route transit operations. The contract period will be for FY 2027 (July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027), with the option to extend up to an additional two (2) years, with satisfactory performance. A pricing proposal is to be submitted for fixed rates to provide the services specified; rates shall remain in effect for the contract period. Prices submitted shall be inclusive of all labor, management, fuel, maintenance, vehicle storage facilities, and other provisions necessary to operate Saturday Fixed Routes Transit Services. Failure to submit all required documents will disqualify the proposal as being non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The award will be based upon the cumulative value of all three (3) years.
