Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, permits, travel, transportation, dump fees and necessary incidentals to provide on call routine and non-routine septic tank pumping and disposal services at Caltrans locations in Shasta, Trinity, Tehama, Siskiyou, and Plumas Counties.
